Issue 1 Dated: 05.01.2026 BUSINESS SYSTEMS CERTIFICATION (BCert) IMPARTIALITY POLICY Framework BCert is committed to carry out its management system certification activities impartially, without any commercial, financial, other pressures or any conflict of interest.
BCert will have a process to identify, analyse, evaluate, treat, monitor and document the risks related to impartiality or conflict of interests that will be managed to an acceptable level of risk.
The risk assessment will include consultation with interested parties to advise on matters affecting impartiality as and when required.
Any of BCert employees or sub-contractors and its partners shall not offer any commission or bribe to a person in BCert’s clients’ company for selecting BCert as their certification body.
BCert will carry out impartiality and conflict of interest issues during every internal audit to ensure impartiality and conflict of interests are well managed.
This policy shall be understood and fully implemented by all BCert directors, employees, sub-contractors and all overseas partners.
Anyone within BCert, any Client or any public person can write to info@bscertification.com for any impartiality or conflict of interest issues.
BCert will send a confirmation email within 2 working days and investigate the issue.
This policy will be available to the public upon request.
